Vitesse vs Feyenoord by DamirJ
Vitesse got eliminated from the Europa League early as they had too strong opponent in the third qualifying round losing to Anzhi 0:4 on aggregate score. No matter how bad it looks to be eliminated so early in Europe for any Dutch team, there are still some positive things in it, as they started preparations much earlier than the others, but now have all the time to put their efforts for domestic league only.
They started the season with a 2:2 draw at home against Den Haag, team that they should have won, however, the game was very weird with Vitesse being clearly the better side whole the game but four minutes were enough for the guests to score two goals get one point finally. Anyway, Vitesse bounced back with even better performances on the road, as they have won over Zwolle 0:1 as the margin could have been much bigger, while Willem II was defeated 0:2, with two goals from Reiss. The team has improved in the transfer period and is expected to be challenging for Europa League positions once again. Hosts should be having full squad at their disposal.

Feyenoord is entering this match after a Europa League play-off match against Sparta in Prague. The Dutch team was lucky to get a draw at the first leg played at home, as they were losing from the 27th minute 0:2 at home, but somehow managed to bounce back in the second half-time and finally equalize with a goal from Achahbar in 90+3.
However, that wasn't good enough as Sparta deservedly won on Thursday night with a 2:0 result, leaving Feyenoord out of Europe for this Autumn. Now, Feyenoord has all their goals set to the domestic competitions, but their didn't start particularly well. Actually, their results weren't that poor as they have two wins and two draws, but their displays were unimpressive. Domestic season started for them with quite a lucky and narrow 1:0 win on the road against Utrecht, then they drew at home with Herenveen 1:1, while Heracles went down 2:1 on the road. As it could be seen, they have two wins, but both wins were against weaker sides and with narrow margin, while they failed to win at home against out of form Herenveen. Furthermore, they were eliminated from Champions League and Europa League by Dinamo Kiev and Sparta Prague respectively. Guests will be without two offensive players, John Goossens and Mitchell te Vrede, who didn't play from the beginning of the season anyway.
Vitesse is playing better and better, they have a reach owner, stable finances and a good squad and I can see them only improving in next years to come. Feyenoord is coming of a very busy schedule due to their Europa League matches against Sparta and Dinamo Kiev (back in Champions League third round) and this is something that surely won't help them on Sunday evening. They didn't impress this season till now and tiring game away to Sparta Prague on Thursdays night should reflect on this performance too. Vitesse is surely a slight favorite in this one and therefore Asian Handicap level ball is my choice.
