Nishikori vs Schwartzman

Kei Nishikori will face Diego Schwartzmann in the 3rd round in US Open.

They have two matches on clay and both were won by Kei in three sets during the last year in Buenos Aires and Madrid. Both of them are performing very well since the start of the tournament, but still think Kei is the better player. He won against Schwertzmann twice on his best surface, so what to expect on faster hard courts. They are not amongst the favourites in this tournament, but Kei had a final here a few years ago against Cilic, which doesn't have to be underestimated, so he is my favourite here.

Both of them had some positive results before US Open on hard courts, but still none of them is looking to make a big break in the tournament, because next opponent is almost for sure Alex Zverev. Nishikori is closer to the victory for me, maybe in four sets. Another pick I want to try here is tiebreak in the match-NO! The odds are 1.83 in bet 365 and in a match between opponents who are not very convincing on serve and maybe they are even better on return, I think it's more than possible to happen. In the six sets between them only one set went to 7:5, but none into tiebreak.
