Moraing vs M. Ymer (By: Iniestaone)

Moraing did a huge match yesterday vs Simon as he won 6-4 6-4 but lets not draw too big conclusions from that. As I wrote in my preview for that match, Simon is not at his best at the moment and he had a very hard time handling the German's forehand and serve. It'll be a different story with Ymer as the young Swede is very energetic and has proven himself on this level much like Moraing has.

Ymer defeated Sakharov 6-4 6-4 in his prior match, a big win considering the Frenchman's experience in French indoor tournaments. Ymer plays with the confidence of a ten time grand slam winner when he is at his best and from the looks of it, he is producing his best tennis right now. Before the Sakharov match he won against Hoang in three sets and defeated both Stakhovsky and Smirnov in Davis Cup.

All in all, I see two players playing great tennis at the moment and I can't call a winner here. However, I believe we will see a long match between two in form players that is likely to result in at least 23 games.

I am really hoping Ymer retires, he needed a medical timeout and is looking completely immobile right now in the second set at 0-2
