Simon vs Moraing

Moraing was a +3.00 underdog when the odds were released but has now dropped to around 2.60 on most bookies.

Simon was demolished by Goffin in Montpellier and came to the Cherbourg challenger, its not a usual thing for him to do - to switch from ATP to challengers but he did retire in Australian Open and his injury concerns might've pushed him towards an easier tournament.

Moraing's serve seems to finally have blossomed, he is playing career high tennis right now and he has played two finals already this year: he demolished De Schepper to take the title in Koblenz and he lost to Granollers-Pujol in three sets in Bangkok.

Right now, Moraing to me looks like a very motivated player who plays better tennis than ever while Simon struggled hard against Bonzi against whom he was a 1.04 favorite and won 6-4 7-6. There is a big difference between them and albeit Simon is the better player, I believe the German can stay close and should he lose in two sets there is a big chance of that being in two tiebreaks which my tip would cover.
