Rangers vs Celtic by Shibby
Scottish football tomorrow with the Old Firm Derby between Rangers and Celtic, the two Glasgow teams go head to head in a 12:00 kick off at Ibrox.
The home side have done very well in recent years and have managed to get back to the Premier League, where they rightly belong in my opinion. Scottish football is good to watch, especially when it involves Rangers or Celtic. The home side are currently in 3rd in the league and have 11 points from their first 6 games, this consists of 3 wins, 2 draws and a defeat. 5 out of the 6 league games Rangers have been involved with have finished with over 2.5 goals. The only game that didn't ended 0-0 vs Hearts.
Rangers are an attacking side and have a decent squad this year. Are they capable of beating Celtic. I'm not sure they are just yet. This will be a heated game for sure and I expect a few tough tackles going in with it being these two sides.
The visitors for the game are league leaders and current champions Celtic. They have started the season pretty much as they ended the last one, in good form. They have won 5 and drawn 1 of their first 6 league games. They did have a drubbing in the Champions League which ended 5-0, however, this was against the super side PSG! I don't think anyone would have looked into this result too much as it was pretty much expected.
Celtic have scored a lot of goals this season and really seem to take the game to their opponents. Their last game was a 4-0 victory over Dundee FC away from home! The game before this was a 4-0 victory vs Ross County, at home. They do look impressive this season and I fancy Celtic to win vs Rangers tomorrow.
I have looked at Celtic win and over 2.5 goals, however, I think just over 2.5 goals is a far safer bet and still offers some value in my opinion. I'll be backing over 2.5 goals in a heated derby game at a price of 1.57 with Bet365. Good luck all.
