Washington vs Vegas

Game 4 of the Stanley Cup finals

Washington Capitals won second straight time and now they are 2-1 up in this series. If they win again tonight, the Caps would be just one step away from great achievement.

I am leaning towards home team but I have small doubts this time. In fact it's not a doubt, I think there are valid reasons to trust Washington one more time but it's more like a feeling Vegas will break back. So, just a feeling that usually in my case prove true. So, I will skip match winner market and will go with totals.

Although I mentioned last time this is going to be more under than over the totals series, this time I expect over.

My bet for last game was "No goal in first 9:30 minutes" and that turned out to be easy winner with no goal entire first period. But this time IMO we will see goals, as early as at least 6 overall in the game. Probably not like in Game 1 (6:4) but over 5.5 yes.

The both goaltenders, Holtby as well Fleury were great in lasg two games, that's true. I refer a little bit more to Braden Holtby. Plus, the only goal he has allowed last time was his huge mistake, something you would see once in who knows how many games. So, knowing that Vegas scored only from huge mistake, gives picture of Caps' defense even stronger. But, we should mentioned that Holtby was also very fortunate few times when he was helpless but Vegas hit the post. On the other side Washington also missed one to two chances that you would more often see being capitalized than wasted.

Also note that for the second straight time there wasn't empty net goal. And we can always expect some of those. So, probably we will see it today.

All that being said, I think Over is good play for Game 4.
