Golden State Warriors vs Detroit Pistons (By: Miyagi)

Another home loss for the Warriors and in fact another embarrassing loss in front of their fans which is quite common this season as when they lose they make sure to do it emphatically. Things got way out of control this time though, as they suffered a 35p loss, which is the biggest in Kerr's era, to a tanking team while the race for the top spot in the West is still on.

Thompson was asked about their poor home performances and said that one of the problems is the lack of energy by the fans... So, I guess we need the fans to be loud and energized today or the Golden Clown Warriors will once again take over the court today...

Anyway, there is a good trend for the Warriors as they have only failed to win a home game after a home loss just twice this season. But more importantly in their wins (at home) after a home loss, they bounce back also emphatically and here are their results: +16p win over the Nets, +28 Blazers, +17 Memphis, +27 Knicks, +14 Lakers, +17 Nuggets.

Detroit is also on the second game of a back to back to back set as they come from a loss to the Blazers (112-117) where Drummond played 39 minutes and Griffin 35. The Pistons defeated the Warriors, at home, in their first meeting of the season (111-102), so there is probably some extra motivation for the Warriors (although i honestly think most of their players don't give a s**t about those things anymore). Still, they have to play for their fans today and despite the fact that they will miss Cousins, Curry will be back in the starting lineup and he is by far the most important player for the team this season, hands down! I can see the Warriors playing according to their talent, crush the Pistons and ease things off.
