Indiana Pacers vs Cleveland Cavaliers (By: Miyagi)

This is not expected to be an entertaining game for the audience and NBA fans, actually, this one has the potential to be the ugliest game of the day.

The Cavs are going to have a really hard time against the powerful Pacers' defense and the fact that they are in full tank mode doesn't help at all. Love made his return against the Wizards yesterday, he played 6 minutes in the first quarter but never returned from the bench and he is definitely not expected to play back to back games so early after the injury that kept him inactive for 5 months while the recently red hot Osman is also sidelined. So, the Cavs' lineup should be like that: Sexton, Nwaba, Adel, Nance, Zizic and things are even worse in their bench.

The Pacers allow the second-fewest points per first half at home (49.3) while on the other side, the Cavs average 49.4 points per first half on the road, which is the worst in the league. The Pacers allow fewer points in the first half compared to the second and the same stands for the Cavs as they score fewer points in the first half on the road.

With a similar starting lineup, the Cavs scored 52 points against the Wizards yesterday but the Wizards are just the exact opposite of the Pacers as they have the second worst defense of the league. Playing on back to back games, expect their shots to be shorter and have less energy, so it's entirely up to the hosts and unlike the Warriors or quite a lot of other teams that are often sloppy and show lack of concern facing much weaker teams, the Pacers have been very consistent thus I trust them to shut the Cavs down.
