Utah Jazz vs Phoenix Suns (By: Miyagi)

Mitchell had an amazing month in January where he averaged 27.7p, 4.4 r, 5.1 and although he did not shoot the ball great in his first two games in February, his assist ratio is still great and that is with Rubio on the court as he comes from a 9-assists game against the Rockets.

According to the latest reports, Favors admitted that the trade rumors (for Conley) are real and Rubio is also in the mix. From my experience, that means that Rubio (and Favors) will not dress for this game as they will either be Grizzlies or they will be protected since they are in trade discussions and since the Suns will miss Booker, there is absolutely no reason why the Jazz will need to take that risk. If that turns out to be true, this line of 5 assists for Mitchell will turn out to be ridiculously low since he will be the main ball handler and he has already proven his ability to act as a point guard and create for his teammates a few weeks back when he was the only guard available for his team due to injuries.

In any case, and whether Rubio plays or not, Mitchell's line is quite low considering the fact that he will face one of the worst defenses of the league and a team that allows 26 assists per game on average to their opponents.
