Philadelphia 76ers vs Houston Rockets (By: Miyagi)
The Sixers have Butler and Embiid questionable for this one but weren't they for the previous game as well? Yeah, and they both played! In my opinion, they will both play since they seemed absolutely fine against Okla the other day but the problem is that there are no lines for the player with the best matchup by far in this game, Embiid.
Anyway, Rivers continues to be one of the most valuable players for the Rockets recently but he is still in the shadows because he doesn't have Harden's freedom offensively. This guy though has played 46 minutes in each of the Rockets' last two games, he played 3 positions and guarded 3 positions throughout those games and his defense (along with Tucker's) is the secret of the Rockets' success playing with so many injuries.
Austin is going to get massive minutes once again, only this time he has easy matchups against the Sixers' guards (especially those from the bench) and he faces a team that has struggled whether it is from the perimeter, mid-range floaters or drives to the basket against small guards. Austin also gets way more minutes, than what I expected, as a primary ball handler even with Harden and Gordon on the court, while he inbounds the ball which adds to his chances of getting assists. As for rebounds, he also gets quite a few of those as the Rockets are without Center and he is always around the basket to secure those while with the number of minutes he gets, it would be quite normal to have more than what he already averages. He is a full stake bet today imho.
