Minnesota Timberwolves vs New Orleans Pelicans (By: Miyagi)

Im already out of time thus i will be as fast as i can with this one. Elfrid returned from his injury a couple of weeks ago and he fit right back in the starting lineup, playing as the primary ball handler, which is a win-win situation for the Pelicans since Jrue gets more becomes more dangerous off the ball and gets some breathing since the Pelicans don't need to run their plays through him.

Payton had at least 6 assists in 7 of his total of 10 games played this season, he is a great passer but that is not actually necessary against the Timberwolves' defense which has struggled a lot this season. The Timberwolves allow just about 10 assists per game to their opposing primary ball handler and bit more than half of that to the secondary ball handler! That's huge but that's also why they rank among the worst teams in assists allowed per game. Jrue had 14 assists in the first game of the season against the Pelicans (Payton was out with injury) and its Payton's turn to get the job done this time, against the Timberwolves who are on the second game of a back to back set and that will make their task even tougher defensively. A really small line here, not too much risk imho.
