Detroit Pistons vs Milwaukee Bucks (By: Miyagi)

Pistons defeated the Celtics in their last outing, to end a terrible run of 6 straight loses; it remains to be seen if that was a momentum-shifting win but with the Celtics on the second day of a back to back set and shooting with a terrible 27% from the 3P line and 41% overall, it would not be wise to assume that they are back on tracks.

Pistons are a much better team when playing in front of their fans, with their home record at 10-6 (14-13 overall). Ish is still out, as well as Robinson III and Ellenson.

Bucks have been slightly inconsistent recently with 3 wins over their last 5 games but two of those against the Cavaliers. Their offense has declined during that stretch as they averaged just about 103 points, which is a huge blow compared to their season average of 118! on the other hand, their defense has tightened up allowing 102 points in their last 5.

The Bucks have a 6-6 record on the road and they come from a win against the Cavs but the only time this season they recorded back to back wins on the road was 2 months ago!

Middleton and Brogdon missed the last game (maybe rested) with minor injuries and should be back in the lineup today.

The Bucks are better in pretty much every category, including FG%, Rebounds, Assists, Blocks, Steals, offensive, and defensive efficiency but this is not expected to be a walk in the park for them. The Pistons don't match well with the Bucks and to get into more details: the Bucks have too much strength and 2-way players in guard positions and wings where seems like a lost battle for the Pistons, Griffin who will the go-to guy for the Pistons has Antetokunmpo who will drain a lot of his energy in defense and Drummond has a tricky situation with Lopez, a player that cannot be left unmarked from the perimeter, and if Drummond gets drawn away from the basket then the Pistons will have all sorts of trouble. Ish's absence, who adds a hefty amount of points and help from the bench, is also a factor, as well as Illyasova who is a solid 2-way player and can give an extra solution to the Griffin problem (missed the last meeting with the Pistons) and Hill the newest addition for the Bucks.

Bucks have the edge here and if they are serious, they should have no trouble against the Pistons once again.
