San Antonio Spurs - Phoenix Suns

San Antonio has the worst season in many years. Though, they have recorded two good, healthy wins in their past two games. Actually there were rematches for the previous two road games. They lost 105:139 in Utah and 113:121 at Lakers and then won 133:120 to Lakers and 110:97 against the Jazz. Exactly what the doctor recommends.

Coach Pop said they are progressing in putting up the defense with the new guys and I think this game against the worst team in NBA is another good spot for the Spurs to take one more step in their progress gamewise.

The Suns have played overtime last night at home against a Clippers team that probably had the eyes on the tonight blockbuster against the Raptors. They are still without their best player, Devin Booker, while TJ Warren has return to playing last night but he was ejected after 12 minutes, for double technical foul. It might be a blessing in disguise for him, as he's more rested for tonight when he has a mismatch.

Even more rested are the Spurs, which have played tha last two games at home and had a day of rest, while the Suns have played the mentioned overtime and then flew to San Antonio for the tonight matchup.

As TJ Warren has scored 21 and 27 this season against a Spurs team that has a weak spot in defending the opponent forwards, over 16.5 points on Warren seems like a very, very interesting bet.

I think the best option for tonight remains giving the points and going with the better and more rested home team, as Phoenix is 0-3 ATS in back to back situations and 3-10 ATS on the road for the season.
