Mirandes vs Lugo by Jimeno
Mirandes is having pretty good start in the season and the team is quite high at the table. After right rounds played, they have three victories and five draws, which puts them at fourth position at the moment, having five points less than leaders from Levante.
In case the team proves to be able to continue in the same manner, there's no doubt that they will be in position in the upper part of the table and maybe even involved in promotional battles later on. In the previous game, the team managed to get a point away from home against UCAM Murcia, which can be regarded as a positive outcome for them, even though the team was leading during the most of the match. Hosts took the lead in 23rd minute with a goal from Mejia Ruiz, while the visitors replied with two goals till the halftime whistle, via Cruz in 33rd and Salinas in 41st minute. Their hosts were more active in the second halftime and deserved their late equalizer with a goal from Nono in 81st minute.
Home side has forward Pedro Martin (6/1) doubtful for this one, while they can't count at midfielder Hervas (3/0) and forward Fofo (4/1).
Lugo has also started in a positive way this season, making even bigger impact than Mirandes for now. They are currently second at the table with four victories and four draws, being three points away from leaders from Levante and already four points above teams which aren't at play-off positions.
In the most recent match, Lugo managed to get a convincing victory at home over Mallorca, even though the things didn't look like being that easy at the start of the match. They were down in the scoreline in sixth minute with a goal from Llamas, but quickly got back into the match and reverted the score with goals from Pita (14th) and Joselu (28th minute). Players of Mallorca were threatening as well, however without being efficient, while the hosts sealed the victory thanks to another goal from Joselu in 75th minute. Visitors continue to miss midfielder Carmona (0/0), but apart from him, they have no injury worries.
Lugo looked very decent for now away from home, the team plays quite stable and uses counter attacks properly on the road. Mirandes is also far away from a naive side, but with current odds in mind, I definitely see a home team offering us value.
