Lille vs PSG by Sunshine
Lille is entering this match after a over-time win over Copenhagen in play-off round of the Champions League edition 2012/13. The French side have lost the first game in Copenhagen by narrow 1:0, but manage to overpower the Danish vice-champion in 105th minute of the game by a goal from De Melo for the final 2:1 aggregate win.
Boosting their morale with this win will surely be of a great benefit for them, as they are hosting surely the team with best individual quality in whole France. Lille started the season with a 2:1 win on the road against St Etienne, but since then the things aren't going that well for them. After that win, they only drew at home against Nancy 1:1, then lost in Denmark and drew on the road against Nice, just before the second leg match against Copenhagen. Hosts have improved the squad in Summer transfer period, but they are still not playing fluently which was very obvious in their match at home against Nancy. Hosts had ball possession much more than their opponents, but somehow they lacked creativity in the offense and the final touch of their attackers in order to make the final win, although they played last fifteen minutes with a man more. Even so, improvement was visible in their last two matches, on the road against Nice (2:2 draw), when they scored two goals from much less number of chances, but their defense didn't look that good in the previous Ligue 1 matches. Defender Thiago Silva might make his debut tonight, after being signed from AC Milan earlier this month.

PSG, on the other hand, didn't start the season as they wanted, but surely there is still huge space for improvement. They brought many players during the Summer and it will need time for all of them to get to know each other and to start playing fluently.
Team from the French capital started the season with a home draw against Lorient 2:2, a game where they were losing 0:2 at the half-time, but bounced back in second half-time with two goals from Ibrahimovic for the final draw, although they controlled the game and had many chances to score much more than only two goals. Second round game saw them making another draw, this time away to Ajaccio, although they played last thirty minutes with a man less (Lavezzi got red carded). Finally, last round match at home against Bordeaux was maybe even the most frustrating for them till now, as they completely dominated from the first minute, don't allowing opponent even to come close to their goal, but still stayed at 0:0. It's obvious that their game need time to improve, but still they do pose great quality in both, attack and defense, but are also both prone to making mistakes due to not fluent game.
This is a derby game of the fourth round, maybe even a match between two best teams in France at the moment. Both of these two have great players, but need time to start playing like a team. Goals are written all over the game as it's simply impossible to imagine PSG making another low scoring (goalless game) in a row. They will surely be looking to open this game with a goal, as three matches without a goal is unacceptable for them, while they still need to improve defensive line-up not to make same mistakes, similar to Lille.
