Leicester vs WBA by Luke

Leicester was better during the most of their game on Saturday evening against Norwich, but only managed to score one goal, in 89th minute via Ulloa in order to settle new three pointer. They did created more chances, looked dominant and had more of the ball possession, but overall the victory came a bit more difficult than what they expected.

In any way, Leicester is now back to winning ways, after their quite unlucky defeat away to Arsenal, as the team continues to be at the top of the table, now having two points more than second placed Tottenham and five points more than Arsenal. Of course that they remain in a must win situation in order to keep the pace and chances for Premiership title, but the team now looks almost certain to play Champions League next season having nine points more than Citizens that stand on fourth position that will be leading to Champions League qualifiers. The Foxes will probably continue to play in 4-4-2 formation, this time with Vardy and Ulloa as their strikers. Midfielder Matthew James (no appearance) is long term absentee, with the hosts not being able to count at defensive midfielder N'Golo Kante (27/1) for this game too, with Daniel Amartey set to replace him. Right full back Danny Simspson will return from suspension and be in the starting eleven.

West Bromwhich Albion, on the other side, comes into this match after a 3:2 home victory over Crystal Palace few days ago. However, the team actually impressed only in the first halftime when they got the 3:0 lead, thanks to goals from Gardner in 12th, Dawson in 20th and Berahino in 31st minute, while the team switched to a bit more passive role from that moment on and were in dangerous to lose two points in the second half.

Visitors quickly reduced in third minute of repetition via Wickham, held the ball more to their feet, but only could reduce once more, in 80th minute with a goal from Wickham again. It was an important victory for WBA, since the team now again looks solid in the middle of the table, having eleven points more than relegating worried Newcaslte and it's hard to imagine them getting back to the unsecure positions regarding the relegation battle. Visitors should continue in 4-3-3 formation with Sessegnon, Berahino and Rondon as their strikers. Left back Chris Brunt (22/0) sustained injury last weekend and won't be playing here being injured, same as central midfielder James Morrison (18/3) and offensive Callum McManaman (11/0). Manager Tony Pulis will probably name similar team that won on Saturday evening.

Leicester have kept a clean sheet in their last 5 home matches (Premier League).
West Brom have won their last 4 away matches against Leicester.

As said last weekend, I don't expect players of Leicester to make a setback in their title bid in front of own fans - at least not against teams which surely looked mediocre this season in comparison to the Foxes. With every victory they are closer to their target and coming into this one with improved morale, I see them being dominant from the very first moment.

I think this will end as a draw or wba win. This is a perfect game for Tony Pulis. Leicester as a big title candidate could have trouble with opening their defense. Last weekend they won with 1-0 but this match they will face wba who have a tougher defence.

I watched their last match against Norwich they were just lucky to get the lone goal at 89th min. I don’t see them beating West brom tonight. A draw for me
