Freiburg vs Werder by Sunshine
Freiburg is coming from a goalless draw last weekend away to Fortuna Dusseldorf in quite a boring match, unlike all the others Freiburg players played this season. They entered the game more carefully, but even so, they had the control over the game and it looked like they will be the one who will do something more in the match, however failed to score with a few chances they had during the game and the draw was quite a fair result in the end.
The coach has said that he is happy with the draw and the overall performance from the beginning of the season, however they lacked the final touch in the previous game and that it's something that needs to be improved in tonight's game. However, tonight's game will be much more different from the previous one, as Werder plays with much more aggression in comparison to Fortuna. This game will need much more running in the midfield and should be quite open and attacking one. Only missing for hosts will be long injured midfielder Jan Rosenthal.

Werder Bremen on the other side, is coming from a 2:2 home draw against Stuttgart, another fast paced game where the team from Bremen could have done much more, but had to be satisfied with one point in the end. It was their first draw this season and although it can't be described as a negative result, they didn't impress early in the season having only four points and standing eleventh at the table.
Werder entered the previous game very well, taking 2:0 lead during first half-time which had very fast tempo as both sides had their chances to score even more goals. In the second half-time Werder simply stopped playing, just trying to keep the ball without any creativity and it seemed like they just waited to end the game. Under these circumstances they made many defensive mistakes and finally the draw was a fair result. Central defender Lukimya is suspended and his place should be reserved for youngster Felix Kroos, while midfielders Ekici and Stevanovic remain to be long term absentees.
Logically, this game should be an attacking one with lots of goals. Last season these two teams have scored nine goals in mutual matches, while their previous "under 2.5 goals" game was in 2004. There is no reason to doubt that tonight will be any different as both sides are taking attacking approach in their matches, for years now. Freiburg is surely a slight favorite, but Werder plays quite unpredictable with many ups and downs during the game and bet on goals should be much safer than any kind of side bets.
