Ferreira vs Benfica by Sunshine
Pacos Ferreira is coming from a 3:3 draw away from home against Nacional Madeira. Interestingly, it was their third round from the beginning of the league and with only one victory and three draws, they are currently standing fourth at the table.
Ferreira found themselves trailing early in the game against Nacional as they conceded already in fourth minute, however they managed to get the things even by the end of the first half-time. Later on, even with a one man more, they conceded two goals and by the time everyone saw their first defeat, they managed to score two goals in last three minutes of the game, even also reduced to ten men and finally took the well earned draw.
After a positive start of the season, they are now awaiting one of the toughest matches in front of themselves, but at least in much more relaxed atmosphere. Experienced left back Antunes will miss the game following his exclusion in previous match, while the other left back Nuno Santos is injured same as midfielder Paulo Hurtado.

Benfica, on the other side, is coming into this match following a 2:2 draw on the road against Academica. This was their second draw in few days as they also have drawn in the Champions League away to Celtic 0:0. Benfica is currently second at the table with two points below Porto and if they are to stand a chance of winning the title this season, they can't afford losing the points easily.
Game against Academica was very strange and went in a quite a unexpected way for them. Academica scored twice from the penalty spot and although their opponents were with a man down from 48th minute, they were unable to claim the victory in a match they have been superior in most of the match. Only absent player will defender Luisao following his well known suspension from the Summer friendly game, so his missing won't have important impact on the guests.
Benfica simply can't afford losing points that easily in the domestic league. They are much better team than the guests and after dropping two points in a game they were much better, they can't be that unfortunate twice in a row. In any way, Benfica has the quality to win this game easily and their win shouldn't be questionable.
