Valencia vs Arsenal (By: MDG)
After the first match Arsenal have 1:3 goal advantage but they did concede one away goal at home so that could be a problem. Now with a 2:0 home win for Valencia hosts will qualify through. It's very unlikely that Arsenal won't be able to find at least one goal but you never know, especially when they're on a weak run as this current one with three defeats from last five matches and with only one win.
Mustafi has been Arsenal's weakest link and this is something that Valencia will try and exploit. Against Brighton neither Koscielny or Sokratis were good enough so besides that one goal Brighton could've scored even more, though Xhaka was to blame for that penalty, not them.
Arsenal now must focus on winning this competition so it is crucial to protect this 1:3 lead as long as they can. I can see a slow and careful start from Arsenal, they shouldn't rush anything and with one away goal they could be safe. Emery also knows Valencia very well from his time spent in Spain with Sevilla. Valencia should not risk too much and their objective should be a clean sheet 2:0 win, this is why I can see first half ending without goals or possibly 1:1.
Arsenal without Ramsey, Bellerin, Holding, Suarez and Wellbeck but only Ramsey played recently out of all of them so he's their only important missing link. Ramsey suffered a long term hamstring injury in that Napoli match so he's out for the rest of the season. Valencia still without Cheryshev and Kondogbia while Coquellin is set as doubtful and me might face his ex team today.
