Copenhagen vs Brondby by Isaiah

Copenhagen secured the Danish Superliga title actually long time ago and their manager rotated their squad a bit in recent few matches as the team played with much of stress, but with more motivated sides while Copenhagen now has fully rested players ahead of last important match of the season - Cup's finale against Brondby.

They have suffered defeats in last two matches, coming from a 3:1 loss away to Lyngby last Sunday afternoon. They had much more of the ball possession, but fighting spirit of the home team was obvious, as they took the lead in sixteenth minute via Rygard and scored twice more in last fifteen minutes, via Jonasson and Odgaard, while Pavlovic only reduced the deficit during the additional time. Copenhagen remains with nineteen points more than second placed Brondby and awaits Sonderjyske in the last game of the season this Sunday.

Right back Peter Ankersen (24/2) is injured and won't play, same as left midfielder Nicolaj Thomsen (anyway no performance since he came in January from Nantes) and forward Rasmus Falk Jensen (22/5). The game comes too soon for right back Tom Hogli (9/0) who still comes from injury.

Brondby, on other side, is in a similar situation as Copenhagen, as they secured the second position and Europa League exit long time ago, so the team also played a bit more relaxed last couple of matches - coming from four consecutive defeats, last three without a single goal scored.

Most recently, they suffered 3:0 defeat away to Sonderjyske last Sunday evening, without much of fighting spirit put into the match during the last phase of it. Home players were better from the off, but converted domination into goals in last thirty minutes, as they won thanks to Jakobsen who scored all three goals. Brondby remains at second position having seven points more than third placed Lyngby and awaits Nordsjaelland in last round's game this Sunday.

Central midfielder Lebogang Phiri (25/0) won't be playing here due suspension.

Copenhagen is much more stronger and experienced side and should take the Cup easily, without much of problems. Quality difference between these two sides was obvious during all season long and now with both teams probably coming into the match well rested, we should see a clear image of these two opponents.

Brøndby has rotated much more than FCK the last 2-3 games. FCK not gonna win this one very easy as you predict, these two clubs HATE each other and the games are always very tough and most of the times pretty boring. Last 10 h2h games have all gone under 2.5 goals and only in 3 of those 10 games have had 2 goals. I see the odds is hammered on FCK and is under 1.80 now, so value for sure is gone now on FCK. They might win but its not gonna be easy. My call is low scoring draw or 1-0 for FCK.
