Montpellier vs Lille
Montpellier was a bit lucky to get all three points away to Monaco in a 1:2 win. They stood behind in the first half, looked way better in second and sealed the win with goals in the last ten minutes. It was good to see them getting back to positive way after two matches, as the side now stands second with just a point more than third-placed Lyon and two more than Europa League placed Lille.
Lille entered poor form recently, as the side has no victory in last four Ligue 1 rounds (and five in official games). The team comes from a 2:2 draw at home against Lyon, taking the double lead inside first thirty minutes, but switching to a very passive role and got punished for it. Even though they have some chances via counters in second, possession was completely with the visiting team.
Hosts continue to miss midfielder Dolly (3/0), with midfielder Lasne (14/1) being doubtful for now. Central defender Soumaoro (12/0) is injured for the guests, with midfielder Bahlouli remaining long-term absentee.
Montpellier is doing really well so far, especially in the defense and they should be able to limit Lille to a very little number of chances. I definitely see the home team being much closer to all three points here.
