Zwolle vs Willem II

Another off-day for PEC Zwolle last week as they got trashed with 0-3 in Sittard. Manager Van ‘t Schip sounds better prepared: ,, Against Fortuna we walked right in the trap. We have another solution this Friday hopefully. We know how their manager ( Adrie Koster ) likes to play. Massive game for us, cause a loss would create a big gap''.

Elbers and Tripaldelli are injured but are no important missings. Captain Van polen is still injured as well and he will be a miss, altough he got benched this season now and then as he is not having a very strong season. First goalie Diederk de Boer is on his way back but Van der Hart is playing much better this season anyway.

Good news is that their best player this season, Van Crooij, is likely to return from an injury and have his name in the starting eleven.

Probably lineup: Van der Hart; Ehizibue, Lam, Van den Berg, Paal; Dekker, Hamer, Flemming; Namli, Van Crooij, Van Duinen.

Willem II started with 3 defenders against Ajax and allowed two fast goals so that Koster could organise his defence and hold Ajax to just that two goals. Willem II has one point less than PEC and they did not win a game since 26 August. Lieftink is questionable, he left the training today but rejoined the group again. Aras Özbiliz is questionable as well.

PEC Zwolle is playing on artificial turf while Willem II plays on real grass. Teams usually train on artificial turf before they come to Zwolle, but Willem II trained all week on real grass. Koster: ,,The warming-up should be enough in order to get used of the pitch''

I think PEC will come out strong and will grab all points.
