Belgium vs Switzerland
This is a match from group 2 in League A and Belgium will host Switzerland at Koning Boudewijnstadion in Brussels.
Both teams started the Nations League with big wins against Iceland- Switzerland had one-sided match at home and trashed them with 6:0, while Belgium also beat them away from home with 0:3. So, it's obvious Iceland will be relegated to League B as a team finishing in the last place. Belgium and Switzerland will fight for the 1st place and home matches are so important tight now for both of them. Belgium have tremendiously good attacking power with Hazard, Mertens, De Bruyne, Dembele, Lukaku, Witzel, Benteke, etc.. such a talented side, but for this match some of them won't take part. De Bruyne will miss the match, together with Dembele and Benteke. Still them have good enough side to win the match against the Swiss. The bronze medalists form the WC in Russia have one main disadvantage and that's their not very thrustable defense. During the WC we saw in some of their matches how good and productive is their offensive power, but also the weaknesses their have defensively. The best example was the match against Japan when they were 0:2 down after 2/3 of the match time. When they underestimate their opponent we also saw how Tunisia can receive five goals in their net, but also to score two times against the Belgians.
On the other side It's Switzerland which team usually don't attack too much, when they face attacking-sided opponent or a team with classy players on all positions like Brazil, England or any other of the top world clubs. Belgium transformed in a team from that rank in the last years, so maybe most people will expect Belgium to dominate from the start of the match and to win comfortably with difference of one or two goals. That's absolutely possible and I also expect that, but Switzerland know that if they want to take something from the match, they have to score at least a goal. A clean sheet looks like a miracle for the Swiss team in Belgium, so they have to give their best. They will be without Stephan Lichtsteiner, Johan Djourou, Silvan Widmer, Kevin Mbabu, Blerim Dzemaili, Admir Mehmedi, Josip Drmic and Ered Derdiyok, but still they have enough attacking power with Seferovic, Shaqiri, Zakaria, Zuber and Xhaka. Vladimir Petkovic is a clever coach and I am sure we will not play the way against England, when they lost 1:0.
Here I expect Belgium to succeed to score a few goals, maybe two or three, but also the Swiss team to give some resistance to their opponents. I know a lot of people expect 1:0 or 2:0 win for the hosts, because the Swiss team usually plays defensively in these kind of matches and have some important missings in forward positions, but I am confident Petkovic will have a clever strategy for this game and can surprise Roberto Martinez and make the match harder than expected foe the hosts. I will go here with BTTS+over 2.5 goals and I will not be surprised at all, if the Swiss team succeed to score even first in Belgium tonight.
