Dalkurd vs Malmo (By: JohnnyBravo)

Dalkurd FF is last placed team in Allsvenskan league with just 9 points after 16 games but there is enough time for them to escape from relegation zone (Sirius who is in safe zone have just 5 points more than them). They changed their attack in last few weeks - before few days they stayed without attacker Leonard Pllana (att 5/0, went to GAIS) and top scorer Mohamed Buya Turay (att 13/9, sold to Sint-Truiden) while last month Yukiya Sugita (att 14/2) went to Iran. Now in attack they have Ahmed Awad, Bnou Marzouk and Stadler who together scored just 2 goals this season. Today they will be without new goalkeeper Stefan van der Lei (gk 1/0) who has some finger injury while all other players are available. Their new addition is midfielder Markus Thorbjörnsson from Kalmar but I don’t know will they put him in starting 11 today.

On other side Malmö is last year champion but they are struggling this season so now they are on 6th position. They changed their coach before 2 months and under him they are playing much better. Malmö had game in qualifications for CL before few days (draw 1:1 against Videoton) and because that today they will rotate squad. They must win in 2nd game in Hungary for few days so they cannot use their best possible squad in domestic league game against last placed team. Rasmus Bengtsson (df 7/0) and Arnór Ingvi Traustason (mf 11/2) won’t play for sure while Carlos Strandberg (att 14/6) is game time decision but I doubt that they will risk him in game like this. One of the two attackers should be Marcus Antonsson (att 2/0). They already were in situation like this when they played against Östersunds (draw 1:1) between two games against Drita and against Norrkoping (won 2:1) between two games against CFR Cluj.

This two teams already played two times this year : first game in Cup finished 1:0 for Malmö (they scored goal from penalty kick in 87th minute) while second game in domestic league ended 1:1. I really doubt that Dalkurd can score goal here because they stayed without their top scorer Buya Turay before few days (he scored 9 out of 20 Dalkurd’s goals this season) and their new top scorer now has just 2 scored goals (midfielder Ayaz). On other side Malmö will rotate squad a lot and in this scenario I don’t see here 4 goals. Last 12 out of 13 Malmö’s games ended with under 3,5 goals and I expect that once again. Odd isn’t something spectacular but for this kind of bet 1,50 is too high.
