Chicago Fire vs Montreal

Chicago Fire welcome Montreal Impact to Toyota Park as both sides looks to close the gap to the play-offs in the Eastern Conference.

Both sides are capable of making the play-offs come the end of the season and at least one side likely will. Chicago probably edge it slightly on player quality as they always have a chance at home with Nikolic in the side. The striker already has 5 goals this season. The Fire are currently 8 games into their season and 6 of those have seen 3 or more goals.

Chicago have no major absentees, however, Solignac will be missing.

Montreal have entertained us all if nothing else this season. Probably one of the weaker sides in the Eastern Conference when all is said and done but what they have contributed so far are goals. Their last 5 MLS games have seen 4 or more goals with 27 goals in total, a healthy average of over 5 per game! 7 of their 9 have hit the magical 3 goal mark.

Impact shouldn't have any major injury worries but either way the main player in their side is Ignacio Piatti, he has 5 in 8 and as expected tops their goal scoring chart.

The odds on over 2.5 goals aren't huge and that is because goals are expected so over 2.75 goal line can also be considered for better odds.
