Kilmarnock FC vs Hamilton

Kilmarnock are back at Rugby Park as they host Hamilton looking to continue their run of good form.

Killie have been sensational since Steve Clarke took over and have beaten almost everyone in their path, especially on home soil. They have won 7 out of their 8 home games since a 3-1 loss to Aberdeen with just a 2-2 draw against Hibernian the only blemish. They have beaten Celtic and Rangers on their artificial turf and also recently beat Rangers at Ibrox. A great feat!

The main reason for the huge turnaround, other than the manager, is the goal scoring form of Kris Boyd. The 34 year old has netted 15 times in the league this season. Jordan Jones has also been fantastic for Killie and has attracted the attention of Aston Villa and Brighton. The Northern Ireland international will feature against Hamilton.

Hamilton come into this match just 3 days after playing St Johnstone in Perth. Accies went down 1-0, another away defeat added to a record that shows just 1 away win since November 2017. Hamilton cannot make the Championship group but also will most likely not be relegated.

Neither side has any notable absences so a stronger and fresher Kilmarnock side should see off Hamilton.

I like this. Killie in great form and motivated. With a push and and a good run they could possibly get a Europa League place, otherwise they have absolutely nothing to lose.
Hamilton will know they cant avoid finishing in the bottom six.
