Fleetwood vs Plymouth

Fleetwood Town welcome Plymouth Argyll to Highbury as they try and rescue themselves from a relegation battle.

The hosts recently sacked manager Uwe Rosler after a terrible run of results that saw the club drop from the play-off places to the relegation zone and have recently brought in John Sheridan to try and turn things around. Sheridan's first game in charge was a 1-1 home draw against fellow strugglers MK Dons back in February but now face a much sterner task in facing Plymouth.

Fleetwood sold Devante Cole in the transfer window and responded by bringing in Paddy Madden from Scunthorpe. Madden is a proven goal scorer at this level so Sheridan's main task will be to get him firing like he did for Yeovil and Scunthorpe.

Plymouth are one of the in-form sides in the football league and are currently on a 6 game winning streak. They have beatne some quality sides in this run such as Blackbrun, Shrewsbury and Bradford, who they beat last time out.

Every run must come to an end at some point and a draw will always be on the cards in this game but it's hard to ignore the odds on offer for Plymouth, especially when Fleetwood have the worst home record in League One.
