Gran Canaria vs Barcelona (By: FairPlayBet)

This is in fact Spanish Cup, not ACB league. Gran Canaria against Barcelona. It's a semifinal clash.

So, both have been successful in QF games. Gran Canaria eliminated Fuenlabrada, 107:92 while Barcelona beat Baskonia 94:90 in a game where was slight underdog.

Gran Canaria by the way is the host of this cup tournament but IMO Bearsa should take care of business here. I really trust them at this point. I have had winning bets on them in last two games. Beside victory in QF over strong Baskonia, I was on Barcelona also on their last game in ACB when they demolished Bilbao with huge 32 pts difference.

Namely, after one more pretty modest season when their standards are in question, Barcelona made smart move and changed the head coach again. But this time they brought big name. It's a Serbian head coach Svetislav Kari Pesic. It's a guy who brought to Barsa title of European champion in the past. It's a guy who with Serbian national team won gold on World Championship and among others also beat American Dream Team.

After Zeljko Obradovic and retired coach Duda Ivkovic, exactly Kari Pesic is the best you can find in Europe.

So, basically seems like this is something that Barsa was missing. I mean on great coaching. They are of course top team but they were not led on right way in last couple seasons.

I don't agree this is 50-50. Gran Canaria is great on home court with 8-1 in ACB but if you take a look in their schedule, you will see that Gran Canaria are yet to meet at home in ACB with Real Madrid, Baskonia, Barcelona, Unicaja. So, their 8-1 at home is questionable.

In fact, Gran Canaria met with Baskonia here early in the season.
