Indiana Pacers vs Chicago Bulls (By: Miyagi)

Markkanen's long-range shooting is one of his main strengths but against all predictions ahead of this season, he had a very sloppy start. He only made a terrible 3 of his 23 3P attempts in the first three games of the season but he is slowly getting better as he made at least 2 threes in each of his last 3 games, with a combined total of 7-19 (37%) during that stretch.

He is now at 25% from beyond the arc and he has a good chance to further improve it tonight, against the Pacers and TJ. Warren is a bellow average defender and his off-the-ball defense is just bad, which is something Markkanen has the ability to exploit and should take full advantage of. Markkanen is a good catch-and-shoot player, the best the Bulls have actually, and he can run pick and pop plays and shoot from the perimeter. All that should be a nightmare for TJ defensively and I expect Markkanen to do some good damage today. The only reason I am going just for his threes and not his total points is that he was bench down the stretch in his last two games with a minor injury and with his history, you never know if he is going to stay for more than 28 minutes on the court. All in all, he should cover this line with ease today.
