Stoke have sacked their manager and are welcoming rivals of West Bromwich here. It was pretty much expected, because a club like Stoke shouldn’t be placed at the bottom of Championship. Total record is 2-2-10 with 13-25 in goal difference. They are coming from losing 2-0 away vs Millwall (17) & losing 1-0 vs Sheffield Wednesday (7). I think the hosts will get their chances here, remember that they won 2-0 vs Fulham in their last home match and despite their last losses, they have looked better overall imo.

WBA looks pretty much solid, but are coming from two straight 2-2 matches at home vs Barnsley (23) & Charlton (10). They are placed 4th with 7-6-1 and 26-17 in goal difference and when comparing the two teams tonight, I think its fair to go for the guests to win this, but still I don’t really trust them here. Taking in mind how easy the guests have both conceded and scored goals lately, I don’t get surprised if something similar happens here. I guess the guests will get quite easy chances at some point, because Stoke will probably give this a fair try in attack.

I really think we can look forward to a match with chances both ways here. Stoke should simply go for it, and who knows what the changes can do for them in the upcoming weeks. I think they will be better at least. 3 of last 4 WBA matches ended with 4+ goals, and with top motivation vs rivals Stoke I guess they will go into this with one thing in mind; get goals scored. I expect entertainment & hope goals will come easy here. 2-3?
