Thun vs Young Boys (By: Dajkula)

Thun welcomes Young Boys in round 20 of the Swiss Super League. With the championship practically decided, the fight for second place comes into focus. Thun has a real chance for second place as they are third with only 3 points behind Basel. They have this match to play and if they come on top they will be a true contender.

Thun is ranked third with 31 points and 9-4-6 so far. They have had some really good games at home this season and from the last 9 have lost just one. Against Young Boys 1:4. Against Basel they had a much better performance and won by 4:2. Their total at home is 5-3-1 with 19:13 gd. Thun is a side that can do some damage to Young Boys. They really tested them in past seasons and have taken 3 points at home and away. These matches are always interesting and with a lot of turnovers.

Lets remember some of the recent results: 3:2, 1:4, 2:2, 3:1, 3:1, 0:4, 0:0, 3:2, 2:3, 4:1.

Young Boys are on top with 52 points and 17-1-1 so far. No one is even close this season. They have a formidable bunch of players but it goes down to the level of opponents. Basel is a huge letdown and there is no other team to throw a punch or two. This big advantage just may play against them in this second part of the season. They just need to preserve the lead and I just think some surprise losses will occur. The attack is brilliant with Hoarau scoring 13, Asale 6, Nsame 7,Fassnacht 8, Sulejmani 7.

Sulejmani is out from this match as are Camara, Lotomba, Mbabu.

Thun is missing Costanzo and Righetti.

I have to take goals in this one.
