Napoli vs Dynamo Kiev
Napoli started well in the Champions League with two victories, but after a surprising defeat at home against Besiktas and a draw away in Turkey in the second leg, the team now needs a victory here badly in order to boost their chances of qualifying further. Their last game will be away to Benfica, so it's logical that the team aims easy three pointer here.
Napoli managed to break a streak of three consecutive negative results (loss to Juventus, draws against Besiktas and Lazio) with a 2:1 victory away to Udinese last weekend. The team dominated from the first till last moment and contoled the ball completely, but could have benefited from a bit more concrete performance and bit better solutions in attack. Still, once they upped the tempo in the second halftime, Insigne brought them into the double lead in 47th and 57th minute, while Perica reduced the deficit two minutes later, but without real chances to get involved further into the game for team from Udine. After this victory, Napoli remained at sixth position with just two points less than second placed Roma now.
Striker Arkadiusz Milik (7/4) is injured due knee problem, while striker Manolo Gabbiadini (9/1) remains doubtful following muscle problem.
Dynamo Kiev didn't impress much so far in Champions League, having three defeats (twice to Benfica and once from Napoli), taking only point so far in away from home clash against Turkish side Besiktas in the second round. With only one point earned and with five points less than third placed Besiktas, it's obvious that the team's chances of progressing to the Europa League knock-out stage are minimal.
Dynamo Kiev managed to take a 2:1 victory during the midweek at home against Stal Kamianske in the domestic league. hey dominated the game from the first till last moment and the team should have actually recorded bigger margin victory having in mind how the things looked like on the field. After this victory, they remained at the second position, having eight points less than Shakhtar Donetsk and surely are nowhere close to the satisfying position right now. Visitors can't count at midfielder Valeri Fedorchuk (6/1) and defender Danilo Silva (5/0) due injuries.
Napoli is in a must win situation here, quality difference between the teams and individually do exist, so I'll be glad to take the Italian side with handicap, since the Ukrainians almost have nothing to play for here.
