Djokovic and Federer for the 27th time against each other in the match that will be a replay of last year's semi-finals. On that occasion Federer won in four sets (67 36 63 67), but still it was the only win for Federer against Djokovic in last seven head to head. Novak was better three times before that match and also three times after. The revenge for French Open 2011 was already at US Open 2011, 3-2 to Djokovic (67 46 63 62 75) and the very last meeting was last month in Rome, 2-0 to Djokovic 6-2,7-6.

So, Novak is favourite also today but it was the same last year here when he lost to Roger. What more back than Novak has played for new record in the number of consecutive wins. He was in amazing form, but still Federer was better.

That is the reason why I wont bet on world No.1 this time. IMO it is much better to try with some of many over choices (over games in match or in first set, over 4.5 sets). Considering on form of both players, which was not so good in Paris so far and given on many ups and downs that both of them had in previous five rounds, I think that five sets is very close to happen in this SF.

None of them is able at this point to play the entire match on highest level. So both should have great and very bad moments in this SF. IMO this fact can lead to a very long SF.

So, the bet is 5 sets in the match but since there are no good odds for this option yet, I will take the same choice on this way: Djokovic to win 3-2 & Federer to win 3-2.

The best odds for Djokovic to win in 5 sets are @Nordicbet (6.50) stake 4 units while Federer in 5 is set on odds 7.50, stake 3 units in the same bookie. pin
