Bournemouth vs Huddersfield by Jamesington

The first leg of this League one Playoff Semi Final will be an interesting match. Bournemouth are a side who early in the season looked to be set for automatic promotion under manager Eddie Howe. Howe then left to join Burnley, a move which left his former club rocked and in the end only scraping into the playoffs by one point.

Bournemouth are still an exciting team to watch, depending on which side turns up on the day - they are very hit and miss. Unfortunately for their fans it has more often than not been miss in the past few weeks. The club have lost twice as many games as they have won since the start of March, conceding many along the way.

Given that Bournemouth have become prone to conceding regularly, it will come as a blow that their first match is against the side who were the second highest scorers of away goals in the regular season - Huddersfield.

Huddersfield netted 39 times away from home in 23 matches - an average of over 1.5. In their last four matches of the season they found the net at least twice, scoring four in their final game of the season against Brentford. Huddersfield are an in form team right now.

With strikers Pilkington and Rhodes both reaching double figures for goals this season and many others in the squad scoring a few each, there are goals throughout this side and I feel that odds of 2.625 for them to find the net at least twice are incredibly generous and we should take full advantage of the bookies' generosity. 7pts @ 2.625
