Tottenham vs AC Milan by 20legend
This is the second leg after Tottenham's important 0-1 win back at the San Siro.
It was a very close game last match, but Tottenham really showed their potensial by producing many great chances, including their goal by Peter Crouch.
According to the last updates Rafael Van der Vaart is set to play tonight, while Gareth Bale's situation is 50/50 chance weather he will play or not.
Tottenham is 1 of 8 teams who is unbeaten at home in the Champions League so far this season.
Peter Crouch has been in grate form in the CL this season with his 4 goals and is Tottenham's toppscorer together with Gareth Bale (4 goals). Peter Crouch hasn't lost in any European-game that he has scored in (10 wins, 1 draw for Liverpool and Tottenham.)
AC Milan's Zlatan Ibrahimovic thouht that he had scored the important 1-1 goal last match, but Tottenham got a freekick instead. The referee ment that Zlatan pushed the defender in front of the situation witch was a right decession.
Gennarro Gatusso is out for this match because of his actions against Joe Jordan. Gattusso scored the goal in the important 0-1 victory against Juventus in the Serie A lately, and will be missed together with Andrea Pirlo, Inzaghi and Ambrosini. Kevin Prince Boateng is back though.
AC Milan have gone through the next round just 1 time after loosing their first game at home. Zlatan Ibrahimovic don't like playing against english teams, with only 1 goal in 12 games against a english team before.
Luca Antonini, Mathieu Flamini, Gianluca Zambrotta, og Kevin-Prince Boateng will get suspended with only on more yellow card tonight, so they might be a bit more careful.
I think that this game will be very close as the last one, but that Tottenham will manage to win at home. The combination between Van der Vaart and Crouch have been good in the PL and CL this season, and is always a dangerous comination. Van der Vaart had the assist and Crouch was the goalscorer at San Siro too.
Robinho, Ibrahimovic and Pato are all good names and should be able to coupe with Tottenham's defence, but they seem to be struggling against english teams.
Tottenham is strong at home, while Milan haven't impressed that much away from home this season, even if they took a strong victory against Juventus.
Tottenham will be my tip for this game.
