David Duval vs Other by Jamesington

David Duval is a former World Number 1. He has won the Open Championship (as recently as 2001) and has 13 PGA Tour wins to his name.

This is a man who knows how to play good golf.

For the last few years he hasn't been playing at the level he could be, however. This year (similar to Vijay Singh) it seems he has turned the corner and is begin to put together some impressive scores (his scoring average is 70.21 - pretty decent).

Duval has played in five tournaments this year, making the cut in four of them and finishing in the top 25 in 3. He even has a top ten finish.

Seeing that he is coming back to such good form it is surprising to see him available at 10/1 for a top ten finish and 9/2 for a top twenty (!) finish.

My advice would be 1pt on the top ten finish and 2pts on the top twenty finish.

If you fancy it then he's available at 125/1 to win the tournament - that's a bit much just now for me. Perhaps by the end of the season though we will see this former number one back at the top of a leaderboard.

In-running betting is always available over the weekend on the golf so be sure to keep an eye on our players progress.
