Scunthorpe vs Hull City by Mrgol

Hull seems very strong: undefeated in last five matches and with only one match lost in last 14 ones, changed drastically his poor starting of the season, and now is in a quiet middle table position, but could try to gain playoff positions, yet.

This match seems the perfect occasion to see if they are able to do this, considering the weakness of the opponent.

Hull will play with some no new injuries, but nothing special.

Infact are out striker Caleb Folan (4atts+1), goalkeeper Vito Mannone (7atts) and winger Richard Garcia (16atts+6), in doubt Harper ( midf. 16atts+1 1 goal) and Rosenior (def. 14atts.).

Remain a team able to defeat Scunthorpe, second from bottom and with only four points (1-1-9) in last eleven matches.

And we must consider that home team will have problems of absences overall at the back with centre-back David Mirfin (17atts 2 goals) almost surely out and his partner cenntre-back Michael Raynes (11atts+4) struggling for health problem, while regular goalkeeper Joe Murphy is injuried and - also if will play - is not in teh best conditions.

Another important longterm injuried is midfielder Michael O'Connor (23atts+4 6 goals cotopscorer) while also winger Garry Thompson (5atts+8) is a not new absence.

Finally, mdfielder Abdisalam Ibrahim (3atts.) is also out and in defence will take place a new acquisition, defender Michael Nelson just arrived this week in the team.

So, with all these problems Scunthorpe will fight against a better team that is on fire.

Difficult to imagine that they'll make some point tomorrow.
