Unirea vs Rangers by Radu

Noticed that this is the second preview for this game today, and as could be seen at the end , one with different income.

Partially agree with what was spoken on that preview. True, romanian squads did not used to make a second good result.I am the one wich understimated Unirea Urziceni for this season, mostly i did not paid attention to the fact that there is coaching Dan Petrescu, one from our best past-players, wich had also good results when he played away from country after 1990. Not a long list of players wich could be nominated by any english soccer fan, and i was personaly surprised to find when i was there , that he is still having a nice respect about his person. Very responsably, ambitious,Petrescu started also a very nice coaching carreer and for sure if Unirea won a title and made till now good impresion on CL , this things should belong him in many percents.

I think that we have now more than 10 years till last home win for a romanian squad on CL, and i am sure Petrescu and Unirea's squad still want to continue their dreams, making or remaining...in history. They have a good chance to be also the first if not maybe only romanian squad wich could assure their presence next year on spring time on EuroCups with a win today.

Scotland side not only facing big financial troubles, heard about almost 50 milions debts, and Barclay bank is one from their creditors but i see they are still facing a bit of arrogance, at least on media, where is was stated that Unirea is a poor team and playing at Steaua;s stadium is like you were at cinema. Well..now i am sure that home side will have at least 25000 fans, while scotland's will have 2000 at the stadium. Off course, players said that they are coming to win here, to leave the past bad impression after 1-4 defeat from Ibrox Park. But Unirea know that now they are not the outsider and should make their best game in front of a full stadium.

Celtic and Glasgow are best teams from Scotland League but i rate ,especcialy this season, their league much poorest than romanian one. This season is by far one from the most powerfull in romanian league with at least 6-7 teams at same level, fighting for title.

4. Rangers 3 0 1 2 3-9 1p

Finnaly, my decision goes to over 2.25 goals, if it is supposed that Glasgow will play the revenge card, and not only that, they have to obtain something from this game, otherwise they will remain with no money from UEFA and also without great hopes to continue at least in Europa League, while Dan Petrescu's coach for sure fill find spaces like they had on first game away, between a dreaming Ranger's defence.
