Dellien vs Molteni by Tennisguy

This is a first round match from the Cordoba challenger(clay) between Hugo Dellien from Bolivia and Andres Molteni from Argentina.

They have never met in a h2h match before.

Dellien has had a good season so far managing a record of 51 wins and 23 losses on clay court this season. It's true that he did play mostly futures and challenger level tournament but they are still good stats. Molteni on the other hand has 32 wins and 24 losses on clay in 2014.

I think Molteni is the one to back in this match and one of the reasons for that is that he lost only 1 match from his last 11 played and that against a player who is in a good form Guido Andreozzi.

Molteni on the other hand lost his last two meeting against Lama and Samper-Montana so that makes me think he is not in a very good disposition lately. He never really impressed me in his matches as he tends to be very passive in a lot of moments during a match. On the other hand Dellien looks more fresh and he has a much more aggressive style of tennis that will surely bother Molteni.

Dellien had to play the qualif. stages to the main draw here and he did it by winning all 3 of his matches in straight sets and quite easily if I might add.

I think Dellien is in a better form and he surely has the gamestyle to defeat a player like Molteni.
