N.Y. Jets vs Broncos by Lloyds
I won't waste too many words on the Jets. The coaching staff has troubles picking the starting quarterback, which created a poor atmosphere in the team. Michael Vick played against the Chargers but he probably wished he did not. They failed to score a single point, having a total of 151 yards, which is pathetic. It's really hard to find anything positive about them. Their passing offense is ranked 29th in the league (out of 32 teams) while rushing offense is ranked 6th.
Peyton Manning and his receiving corps are just too much to handle for New York. The Jets are ranked 15th in the NFL when defending against the pass but that's not good for Denver's offense which is ranked 3rd in the league. Manning is playing in great form and he will have a joyful day picking apart this Jets' defense.
I would say that spread on this match is small. The Jets are miles away from matching Denver's quality, both defensively and offensively. For Denver this will be only their 2nd game on the road which is that extra motive they need to crush the Jets.
