Minnesota vs Philadelphia by Lloyds

It was a an interesting summer for Minnesota this year. Kevin Love left the team to join Lebron in Cleveland but young talent such as Andrew Wiggins (1st pick in the 2014 draft) joined the Timberwolves, along with Anthony Bennett who was also the number one pick in the 2013 draft. Both Philadelphia and Minnesota are heading toward another meaningless regular season as they are currently in the rebuilding phase. The 76ers have some young talents, who will become great players but it is very likely that the team will be tanking like last year. Minnesota did not have any chance to get into playoffs even with Love and those chances are looking even slimmer as Western Conference is very tough. However, the management hopes to see some productive season from Wiggins,as well as Nikola Pekovic and Ricky Rubio, who will be the driving force of this franchise. In tonight's preseason game will get the chance to see some of those young players getting more minutes as they will be looking to earn coach's trust for the upcoming season. It is safe to say that these two teams posses the most talented players in the league and they will be among contenders when these players mature.

I betting that Andrew Wiggins will have a good night. His athleticism is tremendous and he is definitely my favorite to grab Rookie of the year award. He was great in the summer league as well against the Pacers in their first preseason match (18 points, 3 blocks). Tonight's match seems unimportant but rookies could bring some competitive spirit.
