Brondby vs AB Aalborg by Mudhara_9er

Both sides have had a disapointing run of form lately, with both sides positioned in the middle of the table.

Brøndby made a great signing when they secured Daniel Agger from Liverpool, but since his return they have only managed to collect 1 point from 3 matches. The side collapsed at home against Randers in front of a full house, Agger remained on the bench, then a 0-1 loss away to rivals FCK came, in a match Brøndby didn't look impressive. They 3rd match against Esberg showed signs of the quality they posses, unfortunately they attackers missed a couple of clear chances and when Brøndby finally took the lead they defence let in 2 goals in a space of 2 minutes. They managed to secure a draw in a match they could have won. They are under pressure to perform at home against defending champions Aab, but with they new signings finally showing the qualities that made Brøndby sign them, and Aab's thursday match still sitting in their legs i believe Brøndby can secure all 3 points.

Aab ae with out a very important Rasmus Wurtz who is captian, in addition to the many sidelined players, this will definately be a weakness for the visitors. A vital win against Rio Ave on thursday might have boosted the teams moral, as it was their first win and goal in 3 matches. Aab is a team with great quality but i think Brøndbys fresher legs and home backing will prove the difference. No wins away from home in their last 5 matches, also shows a team that isn't as solid away from home, note 4 of these matches have ended in a draw.

Brøndby have the advantage at home, have no important injuries, while Aab are fresh from a home win in midweek, but without key player Rasmus Wurtz. A draw will be a yet another dissapointing result for Brøndby and might put pressure on coach Franck, so i back the side to build on their Esberg performance.
