Other vs Other by AlQahira

Today we will have the Individual Time Trial at the Cycling World Championships in Ponferrada, Spain. Tony Martin has won the last 3 World Championships, he doesn't seem to have any rival whatsoever in the Time Trails nowadays and after Cancellara has changed his focus from ITT towards the classics and the road race at the World Championships, Martin's road towards another WC gold medal seems even flatter. His main rival, on paper will be Bradley Wiggins, but still, if the german makes a good race he is pretty much untouchable. Wiggins seems to be the favorite for the second place while a plethora of time trialers will battle for the last spot on the podium with Tom Dumoulin in the pole position spot. His main rivals will be Adriano Malori, Rohan Dennis, Rasmus Quaade, Vasil Kiryienka, van Garderen, Barta, Wandewalle, Sergent or Dowsett. I have high hopes for the young dutchman, who is only 23 yo, I'm quite sure that one day he will win the ITT at the Worlds, it is quite unlikely thet he can beat Martin this year but I think he can beat Wiggins for the second spot, also I think all the other riders mentioned above are below his level, so unless one of Malori, Dennis or Quaade makes an incredible race the Giant Shimano cyclist should bag his first medal at the WC today.
