Zadar vs Split by Hovi

Split has already played 3 official games this season. They have qualified in the Europa League after defeating Mika from Armenia 2-0 at home and a 1-1 draw in Armenia. Last Thursday they hosted Hapoel Beer Sheva from Israel and won the game 2-1. So this Thursday they will be heading towards Israel for the second leg, a couple of players may be rested here today.

Hosts, Zadar, survived last season as they finished 3 points ahead of the relegation zone. This season their objective is the same, avoid relegation. In pre-season friendlies they lost 2-0 to Brasov and drew 2-2 with Maribor. They have a new coach in Ferdo Milin, and will be looking to stating here today with a pointor 3 as Split is focused on Europa League action.

Split does allow goals on the road, their current coach took over in April, and had 3 away games, won 1-0 at Zadar, lost 3-1 at Osijek and 3-2 at relegated Hravtski. But now Zadar has a new coach and I trust they will score today, still Split is competitive and I expect a nice game with chances on both sides and both to score to come
