Spain vs Netherlands by Miaunel
This is the opening match for group B and the other national teams are Chile and Australia. In my opinion Australia doesn't sound dangerous at all (formation that always has slow construction or always chooses the fixed phases as a primary tactic, sometimes only long crosses) and as for Chile, at under 21 wc managed to create problems to France u21, the champions and also attracts attention by fast movement, passive crosses or long sprints by line.
This traditional confrontation always ended with no fair-play by neighter formations, always had to see hard clinches (more powerfull than profesionally) and alot of forced penalty divings. Somehow this could end with less than 6 yellow cards because most of them will be considered to be appropiate behaviour as in their championships.
With the new young and tall stoppers from Eredivisie, Holland has to stop all the offensive waves by Costa&Iniesta and co. and in case of a 1st min situation from the start, a Robben-Van Persie-Sneijder formula can only take the match to an over + the possible new goalkeeper for Netherlands despite the last h2h results.
