Parma vs Sampdoria by JerryDrake

When I wrote that Sampdoria would have played all remainng games with reserves I was wrong. I did not notice that maybe Mihajlovic opted for this solution only for the match in Catania. The only reserve playing all games is the goalkeeper. In Parma Sampdoria will have all strikers in the starting eleven: Eder, Maxi Lopez and Gabbiadini who is available again.

Sampdoria are safe since weeks and Mihajlovic is thinking about his new contract. But instead of being relaxed all players seem to have started a new season. The proof is the reaction they had with Chievo when they won in the last minute.

Now, Parma are fighting for the Europa League spot and they will attack from the first minute without breaks. At the same time Sampdoria are not going to make presents, I think. They have developped a particular personality with Sinisa and this personality is very close to the one of the Serbian coach: strong and keen to make results.

I can not say if Parma will win (poor odds) or if there will be a surprise. I only know that Sampdoria can be dangerous when they are fit. They are the only team together with Milan which scored two goals at the Juventus Stadium.

I am sure that Sampdoria will score at least one (and here I got my stake back). Two is possible above all if there will be an open match or if Parma will be leading in the first half.

My correct score: 4-3

Hi Jerry,

What are the news overall about Mihajlovic's future in Italian media in recent weeks? Many rumours that he will come back as a coach of Serbian national team which...wasn't that successful for him and the atmosphere isn't going into his favour in Serbian media. Wouldn't like to see him again here, although he can easily overtake one of the strongest sides in Italian football in next couple of years, maybe even this Summer.

Hi Jerry, Good tip, and know that livorno dose not have full squad for this game ´´BUT EAGERLY NEED THIS 3 POINT´´ Udinese is good at home yes but according to their coach dont you think udinese dosent care about this game and livorno could win or draw with just little more effort?

Livorno travel to the Friuli stadium looking for only their third win on the road this season.

The visitors will be without the services of goalkeeper Francesco Bardi and defender Leandro Rinaudo, both suspended.

Luca Anania will replace Bardi in goal.

Rivals Udinese are already safe and cannot wait

I wrote no previews on Udinese - Livorno, and I'll not bet on it. Usually one should back Livorno here but many times they gave the impression to me that they dont want to avoid relegation. Too many failed games when they could win. Udinese will have Di Natale back and coach Guidolin wants to show Udinese fans that they are wrong in criticizing Udinese (as they are doing). I dont trust Livorno. I always remember how they conceded a goal in 'Livorno - Parma' (see in Youtube) when they wanted Nicola to be sacked. Now Nicola is the trainer again. In that games Parma ran, Livorno walked and goa
