Adelaide United vs Sydney FC by Dajkula

Adelaide-United
VS
Sydney-FC
Adelaide and Sydney are fighting for the play off places and the winner will get an extra boost from this one. Adelaide is on sixth place in the league with 31 points while Sydney is on fifth with 32. Both sides are very strong at home so the hosts are favorite for sure. The form is little better for Sydney but I really don`t care much for their football. They are so dependent on Del Piero that they couldn`t even create a chance in second half against 10 men Brisbane. Brisbane was actually much closer to winning that one. Del Piero is back for this one but the question is how fit he really is. Also Sydney misses their first striker Despotovic(16-6) for this one and besides Del Piero and Garcia they are missing a notable scoring threat. Adelaide on the other hand has plenty of attacking threat with the likes of Djite, Neumann, Carrusca, Ferreira and Cirio and also have little in the missings department. Only defender Cassio(3-0) is longterm for them. Adelaide is in very good form at home and has not lost in the last 7 picking 5 wins and 2 draws. One of those was against Sydney 2:2 but Despotovic was one of the strikers then and very important Carrusca was missing in the home side.

I have seen some of Adelaide`s home matches and they can really press the defense and have very fast wingers. Not many teams can resist this side and I doubt Sydney can take anything here.

Besides Despotovic(16-6) Sydney is missing the longterm defender Grant(3-0) and defender Bojic(12-0).

With important players back in the Adelaide squad the coach can really make the strongest squad capable of picking a vital 3 points.
