Cardiff vs Aston Villa by Kamlesh

After getting his first win in the Premier League, Ole Solskjaer saw his Cardiff team succumb to defeat once again and this time against Swansea (3-0). They are still in the relegation zone and judging from their performances, it does not look good for them. They have to start picking up points at any cost. Winning is all that matters now. Defender Taylor (15/0) is injured while defender Hudson (2/0) is doubtful for this match.

On the other side, Aston Villa are not in the relegation zone but they could find themselves soon there if they continue to perform poorly. They lost their last match at home against lowly West Ham (0-2) and their defence looks very shaky. Chelsea loanee defender Ryan Bertrand (4/0) is a doubt for the trip to Cardiff, while midfielder Chris Herd (2/0) has not played this year. Defender Jores Okore (3/0), forward Libor Kozak (14/4) and Charles N'Zogbia (0/0) remain sidelined.

It's difficult to pick out a winner here. Both teams will be looking for points and it's Cardiff who need them more to get out of relegation zone. So, expect them to go all out for the win and attack their opponent from the start in this home fixture. With both teams having an awful defence, I think this will end in a goal fest.

Cardiff have conceded at least 2 goals in 8 of their last 9 matches in the Premier League. Aston Villa have conceded at least 2 goals in their last 5 matches in the Premier League. 3 of the last 5 games of Cardiff ended over 2.5 goals while 4 of the last 5 matches of Aston Villa ended over 2.5 goals
