Karsiyaka improved their form lately but not convincingly as they struggle to get their wins and had two overtimes in the last 5 games. If nothing else, this overtime experience might be advantage in this game if it comes to that. I don't trust so much Efes that they will win this comfortably since Karsiyaka won against Fenerbahce which defeated Efes, all in short period. But looking at the history Efes is doing well against them since Karsiyaka won only 4 times out of 20+ games. Both of the teams compete in Euro competitions but different levels. Efes also has an advantage under rim since Karsiyaka only significant center is Batista where Efes has Semih Erden, Stanko Barač and Milko Bjelica. Even if Semih is out I think they have some advantage. There is also Gordon, Planinić, Savanović, Gonlum etc. at the perimeter while at Karsiyaka I see only Dixon as worth mentioning.
Quality difference is present even though on the league table it doesn't seem big, but this is chance for Efes to seal their season with at least one trophy since League title is questionable and Euroleague is hard to imagine. The reason why I play this is obvious and the reason my stake is modest is that Efes often gets in the risky scenarios and Karsiyaka seems to be in a good form.
