NY Knicks vs Oklahoma by QuidProQuo

New York Knicks host Oklahoma City Thunder tonight at Madison Square Garden and, according to the NBA odds, the Knicks are 9 points under-dogs while the total is slowly rising and currently sits at 202.5 points.

New York is coming off a 103-98 victory at Orlando vs. the Magic, but they lost five of their last nine games. Carmelo Anthony left the game with sprained left ankle and Raymond Felton left a game with groin injury. Felton is not going to play, while Melo is officially a game time decision but most likely will play.

Oklahoma had both their nine-game win streak and their perfect 13-0 home record snapped on Sunday when they fell to the Raptors by 104-98. The Thunder is great in these bounce-back situation over the years against the spread, but I see more value in betting the total.

Under is 5-1 in Knicks last 6 games as a home underdog of 5.0-10.5 and 4-1 in Knicks last 5 vs. a team with a winning S.U. record. Under is 11-5 in Thunder last 16 games following a S.U. loss, 5-2 in Thunder last 7 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game, 23-8-1 in Thunder last 32 games as a road favorite of 5.0-10.5 and 4-1 in Thunder last 5 road games vs. a team with a losing home record. Take Under in early game tonight...
